I don't see them working together in any monetary way but they have done some small promotions together, which is evident in a lot of the press that the two companies have recieved...

I think they both sponsor that Manganese website.

Their projects tho similar are also very different.
Wildcat is high in silver and zinc.
Buchans is high in iron. (12%)
They will require multiple grinding and crushing circuits, roasting with hazardous chemicals. Thus not compatible with AMY's process from Kemetco.
Also AMY is open pit.
Those differences suggest that there will not be co-operative processing of manganese ores.
