The relationship with Boingo is a roaming agreement, same as IPass and other
similar services. It is fee based on the number of their subscribers using
the ICOA Wi-Fi networks. WebCenter Technologies Inc is an ICOA subsidiary
that handles "managed services" for clients. Company can't comment on their
financials until the financials are filed.

At the present time, company is finalizing the 2008 and upon completion will
follow up with the share reduction and the potential acquisitions/JV's.
It is anticipated that once the 2008 financials are completed the remaining
years should be easier to complete.

I was wanting to know what kind of partnership ICOA (ANS or AN), has will
Boingo and if you make anything off the products that you let them use, and
is the taxes pay up in full for ICOA, and what does Web-center Technologies

Thanks gaonmymind & Jamesterry2005 and anyone else that posts what is really going on behind the sceans with ICOA, lets face it, without a official PR, we are all just waiting in the dark, but Waiting all the same, NOT selling, not Crying no PR out yet, Not worrying if ICOA will be around in 5-years no less, the next 20. yrs. going forward. $$$$

Here is where Trust, Faith & hope comes in to view, every penny stock must go through this, some take longer then others, but what we ICOA Longs should be looking for, is slow but sure WINS the race, 2006-2007, Finanicals already out , New Web site up and running, J/V's still in play , 2008-2010 Finanicals will be out soon, so lets all, just sit back, relax and enjoy the ride up to $$$ IMO .01 cent or more a share soon. IMO
