Pro was trying to buy strikeforce, but when the UFC found out about the bid, Dana white decided to buy Strikeforce. When Pro becomes competitive again Dana will have to buy out the share holder in oreder to buy Pro Elite.. These shares will not be sold for less than $7 at that time.
