I'm not comparing or suggesting that MDGC is, or will ever be what the aforementioned companies are, or have accomplished. I was merely mentioning that you don't need brick and mortar initially to succeed in business.
Since 1986 I have taken 4 start up companies to from zero to having 2 bought out and the other two still thriving concerns. One was a private payphone company that we started out of a 300 square foot office space off of Van Nuys Bl. in Van Nuys, CA. It was a rathole. 10 years later we sold the company for 30 million dollars.
Even when we expanded our operations we stayed in Van Nuys, and kept our overhead low. No fancy marble floors or crystal chandeliers. The investors loved it, and we all made out well.
I've acknowledged many times in my posting that this is a speculative investment. I have $27,000 at risk here and am comfortable either way. It's all up to basically one guy to make this happen. That is your risk. I just don't like to hear all the complaining and of course the unfounded bashing.
If you can't do the time, don't do the crime.
