Seriously ? If we don't all now lose 20% tomorrow I will be shocked. I knew I should have dumped this at 28 when I had the chance. Obviosly some one knew there was no chance for this thing to go above 31 a week ago. With the increase in AS this can now be relegated to the place where the other scams reside. Next stop R/S after dillution. (please don't insult us with the , "this ceo would never lie to us.... blah blah blah..")

I'm not sure that I understand the rationale for raising the A/S as a "covenant"...."no dilution"....isn't that why you raise the A/S?...for some form or fashion of possible dilution, financing whatever?

I guess O/S is 5 billion? A/S is now 3 times that!?

And is it a "sell the news" day today?

Yes -- We increased authorized today. On share price it will have absolutely no effect. The company IS NOT issuing shares to anyone. Per two of the financing agreements we have just completed we had to increase the authorized as it was a covenant to the terms of financing.

People should not be alarmed or aware and they will not be diluted. This has absolutely nothing to do with the Preferred shares - as these are in the process of being cancelled.

As the company had 5 Billion outstanding and without going into too much detail as its confidential at this time -- this was just done as a covenant.

Please make this known. And feel free to post. I didn't expect to get this many emails this evening either.

I repeat -- WE ARE NOT ISSUING SHARES TO ANYONE. THIS WAS JUST A COVENANT FOR NOW.
