As to the funding, we did not see the entire agreement or specifics, but as I read it allows an option whereby he can optain funds for shares based on PPS over timeline. It does not appear to be an obligation to sell or finance as a limited source. It is an option for funding. My point and concern as business; if the PPS is up, revenue is up, marketing is in place and demand for new games is there, many options will be available and better terms. Therefore; it would be more prudent and best for all to get a strategic plan for supporting invesor confidence. My continuing point....Take the emotions and Christian based philosphy, bashing all of the table and address the problem.
