I have been around awhile and have tried to find some basis or understanding of the purpose for his actions. Even with some underlying underhand con does not make sense. If he had a buyback plan you might drive the stock down, but he announce a financing plan based on PPS valued over a timeline. He also has to finance the new developments and platforms. So what is the plan??? I would feel better as a supporter in for long if I had confidence he has an ulterior motive. If you may remember my post and question to him was if he would consider to get a plan and name a new face as director with experience in public corporate planning. But at the time no one liked my post because they did not realize his expertise and place should be his focus.
