it's understandable, according to Josh your wrist is tried from spanking .... buy I think you have pointed out that the spanking didn't occur...I am sure Josh will update his shareholders of this material event not actually happening just like Carl updated shareholders on the DP deal not happening. You know they share the same value sysetem and agree on how much Carl should pay himself.
