So now that we got that out of the way ...LOL ... now we can talk brass tacs... My point is not to bring a case agains dr.K and I agree with you as this could be leading up to a possible contract somewhere, or a buyout who knows...
but things are being hidden from shareholders or others and we are being treated like mushrooms here...lol... I am trying to find out why and conecting the dots can help us understand what is going on ... if we keep fighting each other we delay finding out important information ... I keep saying something is going on here and I am not sure if it is good or bad... Dr.K looks to be playing a delaying game here because IMO he does not want us connecting the dots...Why???? That was my whole point in establishing that he did not file 8k's when he should have.
(IMO opinion only MMech) I think Dr.K and Chang are too small and lack the money to lock in a huge contract ... I think the entity that holds the license to GKG is too small as well ... I have also said this before that I think and agian this is only my opinion that all the VGREF stuff the PR's to get the GKG recognized globally, the trademark, etc, has all been an effort to position VGREF to be sold and possibly VSPC as well I am hoping.
I just don't think a contract is going to get these guys rolling, IMO no one will risk a large enough down payment with these guys to get a contract going... If they did risk it then their same reason for risking the downpayment would also justify risking buying the company and getting a better ROI on their risk factors.
I think if Dr.K thought someone would put a down payment down on him for a large contract we would be seeing PR's aboutr VSPC adding more land to the nursery under the option they have on their lease to increase I think up to a 1000 acres on adjacent land and Dr.K has not done this, but even you guys think he has, because simply Hedge is right that he should be adding land right now. So I think if all these potential contracts were real he would have spent VSPC shares on leasing more land instead of this PR campaign. The fact that he has not been leasing more land on the horizon of big contracts shows his intent to sell the business and not operate.
But here is the catch... VSCP dosn't own 74% of VGREF or even VGE PTE LTE until they finish paying Chang his $5 mil + interest... but Chang has been lienent, So I think think he just wants his $5 mil and would allow Dr,K to sell the whole kit and kabboddle to get it. Notice Chang has not done anything except sell some logs maybe. He really has not taken an active role in making the company succeed other than operating IPA. Remember Wang was production Manager for the grass not chang.. and it appears Wang has left the company... why would he Leave????? if they were going to operate the business once contracts arrived...Would he leave becuase he knew they were selling and decided to go start a new business, again notice Dr.K didn't file an 8K when Wang left Hmmmmm????
Maybe the PR's have been about raising the PPS proir to a sale think about that... At an O/S of 1.25 billion shares and and estimate value on the GKG deal of $16 mil based on what we paid Chang. then Dr.K would need to get at least .012 pps to recoup the 16 mil and pay off chang.
I think Josh may have been a little to early declaring a spanking, but then agian that is his way of doing things, I wonder if he want to spank these notions.
