My question is what stops BW from posting here to defend himself other than the time it would take and the lack of proof that any sales have ever existed? Any normal person would defend themselves given the circumstances.

As I have said repeatedly, it would be very, very easy for Weber to dispel all the accusations of fraud and deception that he and his company endure, but he isn't doing it. If I had a legit company that was being beat up constantly for being a share-selling scam, I know the first thing I'd do is come up with piles of incontrovertible evidence to the contrary, but neither Weber not his supporters can come up with a single shred of proof of any sort. Usually you get nothing but evasive excuses when you ask for proof. Any weak, comical attempts are easily picked apart by simple logic, observation and common sense.

You can call out Weber personally all day long and you'll never get taken to court because then the truth about the company and his actions would be exposed in a court of law and the scam would be over.

Everything adds up for it being a scam. Nothing adds up for it being a legitimate company. The truth is pretty obvious.
