PLEASSSSEEE explain RUBA. Save us these kind of answers too:

"RuBa was PR'd last June. Last April they chang(ed) the rules about 8K's. PR's suffice about certain material events. If it was included in the 10Q, it would have been in Aug since the planting was in June."

And no Folks he wasnt kidding. LOL

So Tommy, what do you say? Since everything needs to be in the Filings! Read the filings! Read the filings! Where is RUBA in the filings? Everything PERIOD according to Hedge IS in the filings but now he says its OK that RUBA wasnt in the 10Q because it was PR'd?

What is going on here gentleman?
