No bashing is going on here, just concern. The notice was sent to: All participants, depository facilities, and Pledgee Banks. That is clearly listed on the link I supplied. It obviously isn't having any effect on PPS which is good.
As for Scottrade users: You (and I)are unable to buy or sell this stock AND, according to Scottrade, you are unable to transfer this stock to any other broker. At this moment it seems all you can do is wait for the lock to be lifted. They are giving no timeline for this.
