A little bit overkill - if you ask me. Also - does that mean that unless it is presented in the deposition, material shall not be allowed into court to be used by the EC?
I mean - what if somebody else witholds information that should be presented to the EC until after a deposition? Even if that were truely damning information - could it not be used by the EC?
It does sound like our adversaries are a bit worried - and might be trying to intimidate 'us'.
Don't think it will work out that way - but actions of the desperate should never be discounted.
