It certainly does seem to have the potential to be playing out that way byrddog.

I'm kind of impatient about 'when' specifically we might see some resolution (whichever way it might fall),... but I'm not that impatient.

Prepare for continued blustering, bloviating, prevaricating, delaying, posturing and outright pouting from our adversaries. Although the show just might end up being fun to watch in the meantime.

Well, keep in mind that the EC is likely to argue that any valuation by PJS is privileged, assuming that SG directed the valuation process. So this could get more interesting as Rosen now tries to attack privilege - the same thing he hid behind in refusing to disclose how Wamu came up with its settlement values...
