Chainma1l, I've just plugged FVE in as a favorite.

I'm currently in Sunrise (SRZ) and have experienced the one-year growth that FVE went through. Congratulations on your gain.

The 10-year high for FVE is about $12 (please correct me if I am wrong) whereas the ten-year high for SRZ is approx $44. Of course SRZ went through its hell of near-bankruptcy and, on its balance sheet, is still not as strong as FVE.

I may buy shares. For the moment I will continue to investigate.
