It is important to mix skepticism and research in with all other factors people use when deciding where to invest their hard earned money.

Never trust stuff you read in a penny stock press release without doing your part to verify the information first.

Always read whatever filings are available thoroughly and also consider the history of a company and its insiders when predicting the future.

I sent an email to the Precision Technologies PTE ptd in Singapore. I know Singapore isn't Japan and judging by the website they haven't been very active in a while, but so far it's the best match to the company that UNDT used in its press release today.

If anybody can find any other potential candidates please let me know. Based on the history of the press releases put out by this company and other factors related to the activity of this stock recently, I think that trying to get verification is extremely important in this case.

The more verifiable the details the more legitimate the press release usually is. The less verifiable the details the less likely something you are reading in a press release is legitimate. The lack of details offered by UNDT is not a good start.
