Uhmm no, 11 trading days till the 5th of April. The merger will happen after the 5th and no date has been announced yet. Could be end of April but most likely IMO May.

Wasn't the merger to be sometime after the 5th. Wouldn't want people to think if it isn't announced by the 5th that they went back on their word.

Where'd you get that? They haven't announced the date yet! The only verification we have is that it will be "after" April 5th. Do your own DD please.

just to clear things up the merger is not necessarily happening on the 5th. Ill the PR said is that they will wait until after the end of the European tax year, which is on the 5th of April. So the merger may be awhile just letting everyone know that

they said it will not happen before April 5th. They never said it would happen that date.
