There has been a patent infringement lawsuit since Nov 2008. I agree the BOD should have updated the shareholders. You don't think that At&t is spending $39 billion for a company that has a lawsuit against it for 2+ years and they haven't figured out what to do with it. Additionally they are the worst ranked mobile company out there, ASNAP makes them better.

No. AT&T inherits any lawsuits againt TM. They just don't disappear.
