Salt Lake company files civil fraud lawsuit. It is filed against USCF ii and Robert Fowler, David Bess, and John doe. They are looking for any other clients that have given money to anyone under this company or Officers. They already have two groups looking to help others as it goes thru discovery of all bank accounts to see paper trail on this company. Or as they call it a financial institution. Yes we have proof of all that we claim. The reason we are going civil it speeds up the process and allows us to get discovery to look for the wrong doing and fraud and misuse of funds. 1. GMMM - My client is involved in litigation with David Bess. They foreclosed on a mansion in which he is living in August 2010 and he has not paid rent. Address of house 2128 Adel Drive, Loganville, Ga. To avoid dispossessory, he has filed removals to Federal Court (immediately dismissed), appeals, dismissed, etc. Testified in November that the "answer" filed in Rockdale County Ga Magistrate Court on his behalf was prepared by the Mortgage Defense fund (claiming he owned the house he was renting).

For facts - check U.S.Dist Ct., N.D. Ga - David Bess as party you see the removals and remands.

We have been busy we are up to 6 past and 2 current ones. Robert doesnt even know who he is dealing with anymore. They will not find out until we show up to court. In the mean time we just keep digging away. Gotcha Robert Fowlwe and David Bess. US Capital Funding is coming down. His secert to pull this off is he doesnt want people to talk. Not only are we talking we continue to get evidence to defend our case.

We will continue moving forward with this. The list of victims continue to grows. Thanks for all the help. I know people are afraid of USCF and Robert (Madoff) Fowler. We will make sure he doesnt do this to anyone else. Thanks for the info David (Madoff) Bess. Thank you current customer for coming forward as well.
