If it is not shorts, then company selling shares to raise capital.
Only likely two possibilities.

As long 500 millions A/S, I am optimistic the pps will go up. Not sure why would anyone want to short this at this price when you don't make anything that is worth the effort. When it comes to investing, making money is main thing.

I have notice when volume is at stand still at certain price in the past week or so, the price suddenly gets lower to generate action.

I am hoping that HOTI and SKTO should look at ALZM as a model.
