Also the biggest surprise to SNY was the FDA approving m-enox as "interchangeable". IF TEVA were to get approval I'd expect this would be impossible when comparing to MNTA's final product. Thus, the FDA cannot/will not approve an inferior generic enox for the reasons Dew has posted.
