I'm not sure I'd call that information "bad" information oilbird. I think what has happened during the course of things is that the company charted a course to the permit and there were just a ton of obstacles that got in the way. They'd address one and feel they were back on track and then something else would come up. Frustrating for us shareholders but kinda expected when you have a bunch of lawyers, judges and a State government involved. Then there are characters too that we are very much aware of on this board. They never quit on the process though. Stalled a bit maybe but I never got the impression they would stop pursuing it. I also like the fact that they are pursuing this as a new permit and not a renewal which I think will be very beneficial for shareholders once the details are released. We should find out shortly.

I am in agreement with you oilbird and so it has taken longer than we thought it would, most things do and this will have been well worth the wait. We all know the reasons for the dleays and I am pleased at Seafarer's dilligence in seeing this through it is quite extraordinary what they have accomplshed in spite of the obstacles. Know it gets exciting!
