YES - BUT WHY THE DISCREPANCY? The Debtors are stating publicly that about $ 61 B will be recovered for the Creditors - which does not correspond AT ALL with the 2011 Disclosure Statement.

I invite you and anyone else who has time this weekend to do the calculations and confirm my calculations.

Following is a link to the 2011 Disclosure Statement. Scroll down to more than 1/2 way - to about 3/5 way - and you will find a chart that states at the top left corner - RECOVERY ANALYSIS FOR LBHI.

http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/806085/000119312511014911/dex991.htm

On the left side of the Page it will show and state the TOTAL ASSETS - and then it will deduct Administrative and Operating Expenses - and then it will state at the bottom left of the Page the NET DISTRIBUTABLE ASSETS.

For LBHI it will state $ 43,530,000,000,00 in NET DISTRIBUTABLE ASSETS.

On the right side of the Page it will show all the Classes of LBHI Creditors and the total ESTIMATED ALLOWED CLAIMS - which is $ 268,636,000,000.00.

To the Right of the total ESTIMATED ALLOWED CLAIMS it will state the total ESTIMATED RECOVERY - which corresponds to the $ 43.530,000,000.00 in NET DISTRIBUTABLE ASSETS.

REVIEW ALSO THE FOLLOWING 22 PAGES - WHICH SHOWS THE RECOVERY ANALYSIS FOR THE 22 SUBSIDIARIES IN BANKRUPTCY.

Add the NET DISTRIBUTABLE ASSETS of the 22 SUBSIDIARIES to the NET DISTRIBUTABLE ASSETS of LBHI and you should get a total of $ 75,233,000,000.00.

LBHI - $ 43,530,000,000.00 - NET DISTRIBUTABLE ASSETS

22 SUBS - $ 31,693,000,000.00 - NET DISTRIBUTABLE ASSETS

$ 43.530 B + $ 31.693 = $ $ 75,223,000,000.00

Is not Lehman going to emerge from Bankruptcy under LAMCO and LHBI will no longer exist?

As of an OCT 2008 list there were 59 SUBSIDIARIES of Lehman - and who will own these SUBS that did not go into bankruptcy if Lehman emerges from bankruptcy under LAMCO?

Will the ownership be transferred from LBHI to LAMCO? Do you or anyone else know?
