it's an interesting point of view (if i'm reading the post correctly) charts are all garbage but astrology isn't? your interest in astrology proves a point though that there are multiple ways of looking at and interpreting patterns. whereas astrology may attempt to predict the future using a set of rules, also too charts help provide insight in to the future by looking at patterns from the past. some weigh this as important or more important than the fundamentals. i don't. but i'm also not as experienced a trader. either way, if seeing a pattern in a thing tells me more about how something may act in the future, there's no harm in it (just as with astrology).
