It sounds like there will be 'panic' selling right after the split. They need to announce a split at least several days 'in advance' before actually bringing it about to let the current pps adjust accordingly to .00000000000000000001 'before' the split.....
Ah, so PM and DG would likely dump their shares IMMEDIATELY 'after' a split, so by not giving ADVANCE NOTICE 'before' a split, they 'have the ADVANTAGE over the OTHER shareholders. Is it not illegal, therefore, for them to 'call' a r/s WITHOUT GIVING ADVANCE NOTICE 'to' the other shareholders....???????
