I fully believe ERHC and partners will have oil discoveries as early as late summer. Maybe in multiple blocks. I also continue to question who PXD's minority partner might be AND if they've already made a discovery in the deep water Nigerian block they began spudding in February.
At least you admit that your 13 years was ridiculous and out of the question for the JDZ and that it wasn't a good comparison as I stated.
You say seven years from discovery to first oil. I say 20 months.

Monkey, the JDA is not an area where oil wells are drilled. It's the authority for overseeing the JDZ or joint development zone. You are correct in that there hasn't been a well drilled in the JDZ to date. We're fixing to change that is fast track sort of way if we can just get the JMC to rubber stamp the JDA's submission.
