Andrew doesn't seem to be responding, so let me see if I can be of any help. Since you brought up the suggestion, could you please present a brief list of ideas that you would like to have expressed to management? I could use that as a basis for a document that can be made available via Google that could be viewed and commented on by all who care to do so.

I make this suggestion with some trepidation because I fear that the wishes of individual members may conflict (e.g., keep the trading halt going / stop the trading halt); and because some of our wishes may be fanciful under the circumstances.

Nonetheless, if you could compile a short list, that might get the ball rolling.

I'm up for helping Koufax to write the letter. I also defer to Koufax on creative control, pooling ideas, and synergy. It may be that the ultimate letter does not please everyone. To anyone displeased with the result, keep in mind (I'm saying this in advance of the effort) some is always better than none; few politicians share all beliefs and interests of their constituents.
