How does an MM manipulate? How does an MM set shorting and trading formulas? Expectations? based on knowns?

Really, it's been said enough...there MAY be another reason besides the dilution reasoning...that's all, the main point..You fail to grasp that there may be other reasons...although you were proven wrong already with Q4 reports...
