Increasing the A/S might be a way to raise money, but, it would possibly have a very negative effect on the retail share price.

Sun, I am probably more cavalier about dilution in this case as I am nominally invested. Of course it will impact the share price negatively. At the same time, it ensures all shareholders are bearing the burden.

And Here We Go!!! QASP is going to raise the A/S AGAIN and Shareholders are already making excuses why this is a GOOD THING!!!

How many times does this have to happen before the QASP Shareholders say "ENOUGH CRAP ALREADY!!!"???
