There are no "unregistered companies". There are companies who've registered 12(g) stock, and companies who've used registration exemptions instead.

ftd's were shown up thru july 30, 2009
which coincidentally was after one well
orchestrated run and b4 the second one

Then there can't have been many, because it never appeared on the SHO list.
