believe A is the answer and Starr had a tremendous pay day on both sides of the stock. Sad but real IMO. Makes sense that we never had a response from Starr during this entire fiasco, what does that tell you? Sell a story to the naive retail investor and have some called WTC Fields lend support with due diligence on the ground.
