There are a few ways to explain it. Someone may be using the shares as an atm machine. If they put in small buys for 15 and NITE sells 1500 to someone he can then use the rest to cover. OK no problem. Two things happen. Shares wind up in stronger hands. Second if anyone thinks this stock will be covered 3000 at a time they are crazy. This thing is so short they will never cover it that way.
Not everyone who owns this stock reads these posts. A very long time ago someone may have bought 10,000 for 0.07 cents and put in a sell order right away for 5000 at 15. It's one of the dumbest things I ever heard of but some call it riding free shares. There are many more different explinations but none that will ever get this puppy covered. An announcement from the company of some type is long over due but I never count on that nonsense. A real company just keeps plodding along each day and has little to say about anything.
