could be ..but if it was such a good ploy then why dont all the other scammers out there do the same thing after an RS..this is very rare ..at least i have not run into a scenario like this before

I know that, but if they can keep the PPS up and prevent a sell off, and a decent PR or two, it makes the R/S more tolerable. Believe me, in now way do I think a R/S is anything to cheer about, it sucks big time. I am just saying the divi is a cookie to help prevent the sell off. But, Mulder I washed there never would have been a R/S. Not too many pinks survive, but it is possible. Of the two I had that did split, one is worthless, the other remained stable after the split. Not loss in pre split PPS.

The divy news the day of a RS is about the BIGGEST RED FLAG you cannot ignore.
