Pepe - Did you actually look at VYGO's last public filing? There are assets in that company pre-acquisition of Scrap USA. "Zero assets" is an invalid assumption . . .

Well. one thing that I would say is having a 51% controlling interest in Earth Metals is an asset( a large ongoing concern) plus I believe Scrap usa has some assets also.
