There is no Chinese Holdings and he got us fooled when AGT was in the merge. AGT was also a fake company made up at the time to attract investors. Incorporated the exact same day as the PR, then a website shows up the exact same day as the PR as well... from a Russian company. Then the AGT headquarter in a podiatrist cabinet! No real company staff handling the call for the phone provided on the website.
