HhH, not only had I considered the obvious,

I feel I’ve stated it:

"Wave is VERY near the end of its rope as it pertains to using shares as a capital tool"

and

“or indeed, they may not even have the current auth to fully eploit (sic) the [current] shelf if shares go to 50 cents e.g.”

Hence the requirement for an increase in share auth. If the company goes bust, it doesn’t really matter if there is 120M outstanding or 150M outstanding or whether I hold 17 of them or SKiSS does.

If it fully implodes in 6 moths, then so be it. I, at least, am fully comfortable with the percentage of my portfolio taken by this “pig…”
