Near as I've been able to discern , the rebuttals are handled much more expediently than the initial application. That's the way I've seen it come-down for many other patent apps. anyway. Perhaps it moves faster since they've already got it keyed-up & want to clear their desk...couldn't really say for sure...just my laymans observations.
