Well, I personally like to eliminate as many "what ifs" as possible before throwing my money into something.

I just conducted a quick bankruptcy query. As it turns out, SWWE's bankruptcy was terminated on July 9, 2009. This means that its debt was not discharged and all of its debt can be collected by its creditors.

I didn't take the time to read over all the documents to determine the exact amount of the debt, but the creditor list was quite extensive.
