After the r/s: Share Structure for PDMI:

Shares Outstanding 5,192,519 as of Feb 03, 2011

But we know this cannot be true as they have probably diluted since.
There have been approximately 75 million trades in March. I don't have access to Feb records.

My guesstimate as far as current OS is 150-200 million, could be much lower at this point.
