10K may come early because of Franfurt application proceedures.
It may be that we see the audited 10K sooner than later becaue of the companys application with the frankfurt exchange. It may be that they will have to have all current fillings posted and is in up to date in order to fufill the frankfurts exchange regulations for a listing with them.
I am speculating only though. I just think I remember reading the frankfurts requirements one day a while back and I think that the participating company must be in total order before it can be acceped into the exchange. But I am not certain so.
So perhaps we will see the 10K in just a few days.
I am thinking the 15th of March for the 10K. Thats next Tuesday.
At any rate we should start seeing a buying preasure come in every day.
