that's about it...no idea if Dial got to keep that house he had built and no idea where the $ went to... but to get a public defender here, you have to show proof you can't afford a lawyer
but if it's gone.....there's no 3x damages to get and would have to get in line since the Victory people are already there with a win
we're all screwed blued and tatooed except Dial's in Jail with Bubba where cigs are cash and dang but that makes me smile
