Please, they are basically doing an IPO here. I don't care who they are paying to get the word out. Could you imagine, when government motors issued their IPO, what would have happened if they tried to do it quietly?

They have to have at least a Billion to liquidate? Im thinking if the bought here 2011/03/07 0.042 0.087 0.035 0.083 100,699,777 0.083 at .035 low x $500K (equal to Promo cost) = 14.2M to dilute? or drop a cool Mill and dilute around 28M shares.
