I think what you did say speaks volumes..

This company produces a real product and even has commercials that supposedly will air on television in the near future. That makes EXPH more legitimate than 90% of most stinky pinkies. The problem is, for whatever reason, what may be a "real" company is run by absolute morons or scam artists. Take your pick.

No need to comment further. For the ones of us here who can read between the lines, that's pretty much a "War & Peace" novel Expo style as far as I am concerned. Certainly would seem to dovetail nicely with the CEO selling used company tools on EBay and now referencing his former "valued shareholders" as "jerks" ;-). All IMHO.
