They have not said they would use all of the 10 million. In reading it states in the agreement to be used and available if and when. The problem is that if you only see 5 billion. When, how and for what is the question. Just like any business with a line of credit to expand and grow. Either debt or some dilution. How else would you expect to grow at the rate and cost of development for this business. On the other side for revenue the high profit margin will justify more development cost than most other industries. How many penny stocks do you see with no revenue and less potential that can justify any PPS. Here there are many opportunities to grow from MyPriase and over 5 years of operations and marketing into Wal Mart, Target and Best Buy that no other penny stocks with higher PPS could relate. Not pumping... just relying on the facts and potential just now evolving for my investment decision based on what I see as the "going forward business".

Was very interested in MyPraize details...since we know very little !

Still think he needs to clarify how he plans to use the extra shares !

He said in the last 8k he was going to start answering questions on a monthly basis. It seems everytime he does a PR it has a negative effect...so, why not just let the investors ask the questions they want the answers to?
