What I don't follow is why you think these shares are 'air shares'? I mean...who do you think controlled and created 'Aurus'? Sure they probably ran the share count up to the A/S dumping shares. That's what pinkie scam management do. Since Parkin basically created Aurus and was president, CEO or whatever etc why do you refer to any of the 'issued' shares as air shares? I would assume he or his cohorts were the only ones with 'legal' say to do so. Since Aurus has never had any legal connection to any Russian assets or pretend board of directors I'm not sure (by pinkie scam standards) there is anything different here. Obviously not every new management team (and in Aurus' case I use that term loosely) can or would sue old management for issuing shares nor could they or it would be happening in every pink sheet scam on ihub.
