As stated in the earlier posts NCEN is still in development phase and will not have turbines in the ground until sometime in 2012. Unless a small hedge fund decides to fund a project and in anticipation of the deal chooses to buy up the cheap shares, you will not see much equity increase from NCEN on its own. You will have NCEN share value grow when we see CBWP release news that they have broken ground or financing is in place for the Gascoyne project the first of three authorized wind farms out of 12 farms. CBPW shares are poised for substantial gains and as they increase after the news release we should see NCEN shares dragged higher because of CBWP. I would assume your average 55 - 60k investment will pay off nicely; currently you are a 2% owner of the issued shares if you’re holding 1 million.
Keep your eye on the authorized shares NCEN posts; they raised it from 50 mm to 75 mm, which I assume is to give room to raise more capital.
As stated in all earlier posts, CBWP will have the fastest move when the news is released.
