I am not "Invoking a beneficial synergistic effect". I am saying the drug will probably act differently when combined with another drug, and therefore it is not logical to base dosage of a 2 drug system on the dosage results of the one drug system. That is all I am saying.
The 2 drug system may need higher or low dosages, that is why they run separate drug trials (or should run drug trials) when they change something in the overall drug package.
