I figure that if trial rumor turns out to be true coupled with CWs m-copax enthusaism that approval in 2011 seems to be more likely than less likely.

CW's overall enthusiasm was based on the strength and timing of the legal case, combined with the fact that things seem to be on-track with the j pathway. He was markedly less enthusiastic about the timeline of the FDA review. He noted a large backlog at the FDA and that mCopax will take longer than mEnox did. It's just a WAG, but IF mCopax is approved I think it more likely to be a 2012 event.
