Bill White might not be an angel, but I'll have to disagree with you about the truthfullness of Jared's testimony. In short his answers were: I don't know, I'm not very good at that, and It was someone else's doing.
Remember when they came back from Korea and started the hype about a buy out offer? Someone called the T/A and found out the O/S had increased by 300 million. JH claimed the shares were put into a special account to prevent dillution for the buy out. Now look at the T/A records in the court documents, you'll see that the 300 million shares were actual put into 2 offshore trading accounts, 150 mil for SC and 150 mil for K&L.
Many times during his video conferences on IN, JH claimed he had no knowledge of what was happening to drive the stock price down.
The SEC investigation made rather it clear that JH was all about dillution, he even had another major wrap around agreement set up with K & L before the SEC came in and pulled the plug.
