______________________________________________ The update is that in June 2010, Covanta (NYSE:CVA) installed and has been testing the Alphakat system and after several months of operation they even modified their agreement with GEYI for Covanta to pay for more of the costs and get expanded rights to the Alphakat system. It was after this that the convertible debt was restructured by a "10% or more" shareholder group.
